About Me
Meet the Owner/Therapist:
Tiffiney Hill, LCSW, LICSW – Empowering You to Heal & Thrive
I’m a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s challenges with strength, clarity, and resilience. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I support individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions.
My work is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed therapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, and EMDR. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I take an integrative approach, drawing from multiple frameworks to meet you where you are and support your unique needs.
In therapy, we focus on both understanding why certain patterns developed and building practical skills you can use in everyday life. This may include tools for emotional regulation, managing anger, navigating chronic pain, and responding more intentionally to stress and triggers—so you feel more grounded, capable, and in control.
Let’s build your resilience together.
I am committed to ongoing learning through continuous trauma-informed training, consultation, and professional development. Just as importantly, I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My clients consistently teach me how to listen more deeply and respond with care that honors individuality, lived experience, and personal pace—because healing is not about generalization, but about being seen and understood.
As a military veteran with over 20 years of service, I understand the importance of resilience and emotional well-being. I take an integrative, client-centered approach focused on symptom relief, ensuring therapy is tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and lasting change.
Healing starts with one step. If you’re ready to take charge of your story, I’m here to walk that journey with you.
